A Big Update for Orphan Sunday

So just so you know we are not the world's best bloggers and you might notice it has been a while since our last update, and are probably like are they still doing this? The answer is a definite YES! And since today is Orphan Sunday, we would love to share some exciting new updates and also bring awareness on this awareness day.

We've been working hard to work through the process and complete the documents and checks needed for this process.  We've been quiet in our blogs and outward information lately because we're required to do so, but we're excited to share with you this awesome news now that we can. We're proud to announce that we have been pre-approved by China to adopt a wonderful little boy that we hope to soon call Bailor Elliot Clark. He is turning two soon!

Now we've been asked, so are you going to pick him up next week? Not quite, although that would be great. What this means is that we have a goal, but still a long road ahead. We want to say thank you for all your support so far. God has blessed us in so many ways and we continue to put our trust in Him as we continue in this process. We still have many steps to go since we were matched before our dossier was sent to China, so we are expecting actually picking him up to be many months down the road (pray for quick processing of our paperwork!)

We can't do this alone and will still need further support and we know that God will bring the people and resources that will make this happen. You can help by praying, if you feel led to support directly you can donate online at our page at crowdrise.com/clarkmiracle or contact us at scott.gregory.clark@gmail.com if you'd like to provide a check so we can send you our address.

And we want you to know that we're working hard to put our part into the efforts to the overall goal. One of the biggest ways you can help us fund this adoption is to recommend Scott as a realtor if you know anyone that is buying, selling or building a house (keystothelowcountry.com) or Mackenzie to anyone needing family, wedding or other types of photography (theclickchickphotography.com) as this income goes to preparing to bring this child to our home in Charleston, SC. Thank you for your continued support and prayers! We so appreciate this opportunity that God has provided to share this with you.
